This Property which covers an area of 1.000.000 m2 is situated in the "Pla de Mallorca", next to the village of Porreres and at the foot of the hill where we find the Monastery of Montesion. It is only 30 minutes from the airport and 18 Kms. from the most virgin beaches of the island (Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Es Carbó). Take please the expressway ( PM-19) to Santanyi ( Llucmajor & Campos), Not direction Palma.In the expressway until Campos City ( C 717 ). In Campos take the road to Porreres ( PM 504 ) on the second roundabout (turn left). When you arrive in Porreres you find a roundabout and take the direction to Felanitx ( Turn right).Folow the road past new houses slowly and look for the sign ?Sa Bassa Rotja? ? Camí Sa Pedrera? on the right ( Opposite the Sports Centre). In 3,5 Km on your left you find Sa Bassa Rotja.
