You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. An on-site reception is open till 20:00 each weekday evening; 19:00 on Saturdays. Sunday check-in is 14:00 - 16:00. There is a 24-hour on-call manager. Out-of-hours check-in needs to be requested and agreed with the hotel at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Late check-out can also be requested at an extra cost per hour. When booking for 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. A security deposit between GBP 100 and GBP 250 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
