Upon arrival, guests will need to give a GBP 300 pre-authorisation as damages deposit by credit card. The amount will not be debited, but kept on-hold.
Kitchens are fully equipped with basic crockery and cutlery and the cleaning service is weekly for stays over 7 days. This building does not have air conditioning and does not have a lift. Please advise if guests have any mobility issues. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 19 Bedford Place, WC1B 5JA London. A security deposit of GBP 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
