Each modern apartment features a plasma-screen satellite TV and elegant decor. All apartments have a separate bedroom, a private bathroom and a comfortable lounge area. The contemporary kitchens have a microwave, a refrigerator and crockery. Apartments also have plenty of dining space, and some have a private balcony with impressive city or river views. The Merchant Quarters Apartments are situated in Liverpools thriving Business District. The famous Albert Dock, home to the Tate Gallery and Beatles Story, is a 15-minute walk away, and Liverpool One is just a mile from the property. Parking is available next door at Liverpool Waters Car Park.


This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property has reduced reception and service operating hours. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. The apartments only accepts guests aged 25 or over. Proof of age may be required. Please supply the apartments with a date of birth in the comments section when booking, or within 24 hours from the time of booking otherwise the reservation may be cancelled. Late check in, after 19:00, incurs a GBP 25 charge. Check-in instructions: We do not operate a reception on site we therefore ask that you indicate at booking your estimated time of arrival. Credit card details are required as a security bond and may be used to cover any damage or breakages. Our office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 16:00. Duty Manager on call 24 hours. For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Groups policy: Reservations of 2 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day will be considered a group booking, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note: if you wish to stay in an apartment with a balcony or river views, there will be a supplement of GBP 10 per night. Multi storage parking available next door at Liverpool Waters Car Park. No reservation is needed.
