The cardholder must be present at the time of check-in. All guests must be aged 25 years or older.

Alternative arrangements can be made for late and early check-ins outside of the stated hours, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20 and must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there.

Management will request a photographic ID and will pre-authorise a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival (subject to an individual reservation).

Please be advised that guests will check in at a separate location just a 10-minute walk from Lime Street station.
