Lime Street Railway Station is a 5-minute walk away. There is an option for either one or two bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a bathroom with free toiletries and bath towels. There is also a living area with sofas, a digital TV and bare wooden floors. The fitted kitchenettes feature kitchenware, refrigerators and microwaves. Tea/coffee facilities are provided and ironing facilities are also available. There are a number of clubs and bars in the immediate vicinity, none of which are more than 50 metres from the apartments. The famous Albert Dock is a 15-minute walk away. The Echo Arena can be reached in just 5 minutes walk.

Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 136 Duke Street, L1 5BB Liverpool. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. The guest that paid for the booking must be present at the time of check-in. All guests must be aged 25 years or older. Please be advised that guests will need to come in to the office at a separate location in order to check in and collect the keys for the apartment. Check-in times are between 15:00 and 23:00 at the reception on Duke Street. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20 and must be arrange at least 24 hours prior to check-in. The reception is situated in Hudson Gardens - Duke Street and all keys must be collected from there. The reception address is: Hudson Gardens, 136 Duke Street Liverpool L1 5BB. Management reserve the right to request a photographic ID and to pre-authorize a security deposit on a credit/debit card from GBP 50 to GBP 250 per person upon arrival (subject to an individual reservation). Please be advised that cash, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorization. This money is not a charge and no funds will be debited from your account, however, your bank statement may show the pre-authorization as a pending transaction` for up to 28 working days. Funds must be available in the account on the day of arrival so that the pre-authorization goes through. In case of non-arrival on the check-in date the accommodation will not be held for any subsequent nights and no refund will be issued.
