The Laranjeiras is a central Lisbon apartment, located at a 7-minute drive from the Marquês de Pombal Square. The Lisbon Zoo is an 8-minute walk and features a nearby Metro Station.
The elevator-accessible unit features a living room with sofas and a flat-screen cable TV and DVD player. The self-catering unit is located on the 5th floor and features an equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, a bedroom and a balcony overlooking the Zoo. Babysitting services are available, at an added cost.
Guests are welcome to prepare their meals in the fully equipped kitchenette of the apartment. Groceries can be delivered at the apartment, for a surcharge. The nearest restaurant is located within a 50-metre distance and several more establishments are available in the city centre.
The historical and commercial areas of the Chiado and Rossio are a 12 minutes and 10 minutes by car, respectively. The Bairro alto is a 14-minute drive and is Lisbons main bar and nightlife area. Campo Grande is a 5-minute drive while the Campo Pequeno is a 7-minute drive away. Belém is a 12-minute drive and features a well-known Tower, views over the Tagus River and shops serving the traditional Pastéis de Belém.
The Lisbon International Airport is 7 km from the Laranjeira. An airport shuttle service is available, at a surcharge. The Sete Rios Train Station is a 10-minute walk away while the Laranjeiras Metro Station is a 5-minute walk.
Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

A security deposit of EUR 100 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
