Is located in a perfect area of the ?Parque Santa Catalina?, in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, very near to the beautiful beach ? Playa del Las Canteras. There are shops, bars, restaurants, the Port, and bus station within walking distance. From the airport: Head north, on the Carretera General del Sur. On the round about take the lane for GC-1 direction Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Join the motorway ?Autovia Las Palmas-Puerto Rico?. Continue for 19.4kms(aprox). Take the exit for Avda de Canarrias/GC-1. Continue for 4.3kms. Take the exit for Santa Catalina. At the junction keep in the left hand lane and join Calle Luis Morote. On the corner of Calle General Vivies you will see the Aparthotel.

Accommodations information

There are different types of rooms: Rooms over looking the street are 20sq mts, can sleep up to 3 persons, rooms overlooking the park are 25sq mts and can have an extra bed, both have an equipped kitchen. Rooms over looking the beach, the attics or the penthouse all have 40 sq mts. The attics have a separate bedroom and are equipped with microwave, mini music centre, DVD, and sofa bed for 2 people allowing to sleep up to 4 persons.
