Renovated in 2019, this residence is located about 20 minutes by foot from both train stations and the shopping centre Euralille, and about 20 minutes by foot from the town centre. It is situated in a quiet square with a nice garden. Lesquin Airport is about 20 minutes away by car.

The residence offers 134, furnished and fully equipped apartments for 1 to 6 people. The residence is near the school Lycée Valentine l'Abbé, opposite the public gardens.
