The house is genuine and preserves the architectural Majorcan features from the period when it was built. In addition, it is surrounded by vineyards, which enhances the tranquillity and peace of the area.
There are five bedrooms. Four of them are upstairs (three bedrooms with double bed, two of which count with en suite bathroom, and one bedroom with twin beds) and one downstairs (fitted with twin beds). Altogether there are five bathrooms in the house, two are located downstairs (one with bath and one with shower, which has also direct access outside) and three are located on the first floor, two of which are en suite (bath and shower) and one is separated, with bath.
In summer let the Mediterranean breeze come in and refresh the air. The house has very thick walls, so it remains quite cold in summer. There are also six fans if need them. For winter months there is central heating.
There is a traditional Majorcan and charming kitchen. It is very wide, well-kept and fitted, so that you have all the electric appliances needed during your stay: blender, microwave, frideg and freezer, gas stove, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, etc. There is also a table with seats. Obviously there is also a laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The big living and dining room is a wonderful space. It is the perfect place for relaxing and for some table talk. You will notice that the house is furnished with taste, always respecting the history of the place. There are two comfortable sofas where you can watch satellite TV, surf the internet (WIFI) or just relax.
Outside is wonderful. There are great views from the terrace over the vineyards and Sant Salvador Mountains. You will be willing to spend your time at the porch, a perfect place for summer meals taking advantage of the barbecue.
The swimming pool, with a size of 10x4 metres, and a depth from 1.2 to 1.9 metres, is surrounded by terrace and garden. There are 6 sunbeds for sunbathing.
The surroundings of the house are also very nice for walking or cycling. In only 15 minutes you can reach Portocolom and Cala Marçal beaches. In 20 minutes you can get to Parc Natural d?Es Trenc, Cala Sa Nau, Cala Ferrera, Cala Santanyí, Cala Figuera, etc. Within a 20 km radius there are 2 golf courses. Felanitx is only 3.7 km far away. There you will find anything you need during your stay: health centre, pharmacy, supermarkets, shops, etc.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
