The Annaliza Aparthotel is located in the settlement of Agios Markos, at the ideal area of Ipsos. A popular and fairly lively resort, it is ideal for families, couples or independent travelers. The nearest beach is approximately 150m away and in a walking distance there are many tourist shops, taverns, bars, cafes, super markets and a city bus stop to Corfu Town, which has a service every twenty minutes. The island's airport is 16km away and the town of Corfu is 17km away. Water sports are also available. The Annaliza Aparthotel consists of 36 apartments. All apartments have a twin bedded room, a sitting room with 2 sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, small oven with 2 cooking rings and kettle, bathrooms with hairdryer, large balcony, sat TV, and A/C (extra charge if used).

The pebble beach of Ipsos beach is about 150 meters away. About 100m from the apartments is a local bus-stop with connection to Corfu Town (16 Km away).
