Please note that the card details given at time of booking guarantee against any costs incurred due to damage within the property. We will also require a full list of names of all inhabitants. Under occupancy bookings i.e 15 or under may not have access to all bedrooms and a full list will be discussed of the rooms required prior to arrival i.e your preference to have king, double, twin, family etc.. - the other rooms will then not be accessible.
