Description

The Southern Comfort Villa is located on the Hampton Lakes Resort. Facilities include swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court and children's playground.

The home has 7 bedrooms plus a den acting as the 8th bedroom. 5 bathrooms including 3 masters, formal and informal dining areas, two lounges, designer kitchen, games room with pool table and soccer table and a south facing pool and spa with large covered area including an outside kitchen with grill, sink, fridge and counter tops. A separate laundry room containing a family sized washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board. The villa is fully air conditioned with 2 units one for the upstairs the other for the down stairs to help keep the home cool. There is also parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway.

The bed sizes are as follows:- downstairs we have a king size bedroom with en suite, a den with a full size bed with a separate bathroom just off the kitchen to serve this bedroom, upstairs there are 6 further bedrooms 2 masters one with a king bed the other with a queen bed, Three rooms with 2 twin beds in each and a further bedroom with bunk beds to sleep three. Two of the twin bedrooms are linked to the master bedrooms via an inter connecting bathroom door. There is a further full bathroom to serve the other two bedrooms.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ? Key collection for the Southern Comfort is direct at the villa. The door operates via an electronic lock. To open the door press the Key Code numbers on the door pad, a green light will come on. You need to turn both handles to enter.

Head east on Airport Boulevard (1.3m) ? Continue onto S Semoran Boulevard (0.3m) ? Take the ramp onto FL-528 W, Partial Toll Road (10.9m) ? Take the exit onto I-4 W towards Tampa (17.3) ? Take exit 55 for US-27 N (0.5m) ? Turn left at FL-25 N / US-27 N (4.0m) ? Turn right into Hampton Lakes, you are now on McFee Drive with the villa on the right near to the roundabout.
