Please note that for arrivals and departures on Sundays and public holidays the property will charge an extra fee of EUR 60 per stay if you collect the keys directly at the apartment. If you collect the keys at the agency, a EUR 30 extra fee per stay will be requested.

Bed linen and towel rental is available at the property at an extra cost and upon prior request. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 1 A Avenue Georges Ferrenbach, 68240 Kaysersberg. Please inform Les 2 Clés in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
