Magaluf beach (Original name:Sa Porrassa Beach) is only 30 metres away just in front of the apartments, just across the road. The complex is well situated at the beginning of "The Strip" close to various entertainment venues, restaurants, bars, boutiques and shops. Palma is only 12 km away. This property is suitable for those guests wishing to have a lively holiday with a party atmosphere, as it is close to bars and discos in the area.

Magalluf is one of the most popular resorts on the island of Mallorca. With the youngsters during the height of the summer season and the rest of the year with all ages. Magalluf has plenty of bars, restaurants, terraces overlooking the sea, discos and nightclubs. Apart from the night life during the day you will be spoilt for choice with all sorts of shops, you also have a large waterpark and mini golf within walking distance. You can also get the local bus into the capital Palma . Leaving Palma airport take the MA19 in the direction of Palma for 5km, then take the MA20 in direction Port Alcudia / Andraitx for 11km following all signs for Palmanova/Andraitx. After passing Genova continue on the MA1 in the direction of Palmanova/Andraitx for another 7.5km then take the Salida 13 Calvia / Palmanova FOR 1KM. Then you enter Magalluf. At the roundabout youtake the 3rd turning into Avendida de la playa for 0.2km then turn right into Pasaje del Mar for 0.8km, then turn left into Calle de Duc Estremera for 0.3km. then turn right into Calle de la Punta Nadala for 0.1km then turn left into Calle de Mare Nostrum for 0.1km.
