It is a two-storey house that features a living-dining room where you can rest, watch TV-SAT or a DVD. The kitchen, itself, has everything you may need to cook: ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, etc. Both stays are acclimated with air conditioning. You are also provided with washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the upper floor, there are 3 dormitories, all of them offering two single beds, A/C and en-suite bathroom. In terms of bathrooms, two of them boast a shower, while the third one is completed with a bathtub. The accommodation is also equipped with oil central heating.

The location of the house is perfect, since it is located in the centre of the island and it has easy access to any other place. However, the car is needed. Likewise, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bus stop in the village. Furthermore, there are much more variety of stores, restaurants, etc., in Inca. At only 20 minutes by car, you can reach beaches such as Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Can Picafort.
