Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If guests dont clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes, a EUR 40 extra fee will be charged. Please communicate your estimated time of arrival at least 24h before arrival by email only. If you don't communicate this to the property, before 14:00 at least 24 hours before arrival, an additional fee of EUR 20 applies. In a case of last minute reservation (checking in within the 24 hour period), please specify the estimated time of arrival in the hour after booking, otherwise a charge of 20 will be added to the bill. Please note that the credit card used during the booking must be provided during the check in process; the booker must be the owner of the card. The amount taken from your credit card (according to your booking condition 70% or 50% or 100% of the total amount) is not a payment for your stay itself, but a pre-payment made the day of your booking to verify your credit card and reserve the apartment. According to the booking policy, if you cancel your reservation on time, the pre-payment will be refunded the same day of your cancellation, within 48 hour if the credit card is European, for non-European credit card it will be within 5 working days. Please note that for Non Refundable bookings for which credit cards are declined, a penalty of 20% will be applied to the rate when the guests check in.
