Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Check-in takes place at the Hotel Agenda Louise located Rue de Florence 6, but the apartments are close by at Rue Berckmans 19. Guests who intend to pay cash are kindly requested to note that they will be asked for a refundable deposit to cover accidental damage. Please note that for non-refundable bookings made with a credit card from a third party, the hotel will contact the guest in order to request the necessary documents. Please note that the apartments are not cleaned on a daily basis but every 5 days.
