Description

The apartment hotel is located in the heart of Playa de Las Americas, at just 500 meters from the beach of Las Palmeras, surrounded by many bars and restaurants. Guests will find restaurants, shops, nightlife and public transportation links bars in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is a short walk from the entertainment area known as 'Veronicas'. Just 10 minutes away from Siam Water Park. Good area to enjoy the beach, sun, day and night entertainment and excellent cuisine.

Location information

Located in a very favourable position, the Las Floritas offers confortable but basic accommodation. The complex is located near to the center of the Las Americas, at only 500 meters of the beach of the Palms, bars, restaurants and public transport. The airport of South Tenerife is only around 19 km away. Leaving from the Reina Sofia Airport, in Granadilla de Abona, take Highway TF-1 toward Los Cristianos throughout approximately 22 km. Take the exit of Playa de Las Américas and take the roundabout toward the right hand, dropping in direction to another roundabout where it is located the National Police at the right hand. At this second roundabout, turn to the left hand, and make a new turn to the left hand at the third roundabout and we already are at Arquitecto Gómez Cuesta Street where it is located the complex.

Accommodations information

These apartments are distributed in different areas to give a greater privacy. The bedrooms have twin beds and dressing table. The living room is totally equipped with kitchen, fridge, coffee pot, oven and TV satellite. There is also a balcony and safe (with additional cost).
