Please note that the accommodation has no reception. You can check-in and collect your keys at the Short Stay Group check-in desk at Schiphol Airport or at their office in Amsterdam centre at Herengracht 451.

Guests need a valid credit card upon check-in for an authorization of 300 EUR as a security deposit to cover potential damage and disturbance. The deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 14 days after departure under the condition that no damage and disturbance have occurred.

Guests should note that Rijksmuseum luxury apartments are located in an authentic and historic building which has very steep stairs.

Please note that guests are kindly asked not to cause any disturbances for the neighbourhood. It must be silent after 23:00.

Noise disturbance / drug abuse on the premises can not be tolerated and may result in penalty charges or immediate eviction from the apartment without reimbursement of paid accommodation fees.
