Renovated in 2018, this stylish apartment counts with a small furnished terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine and some tapas before having a nice evening stroll along the beach. This apartment, situated on the second floor without lift, is the right choice for guests who'd like to spend their holidays on the beach.

It consists of a bright and modern living-dining area with satellite-TV, sofa and kitchenette, which is fitted with a vitro hob, a small fridge, a microwave, cutlery and some crockery. The bedroom counts with two twin beds, a wardrobe, A/C, shower bath en-suite and access to the terrace. If you come with your baby, we can supply one cot and high chair. A washing machine and an iron/ironing board are available.

The beach, supermarkets, bars, shops, the bus stop and the sea promenade are in walking distance. Puerto de Alcúdia beach consists in fine grained sand and it is family-friendly. You can have romantic strolls along the beach and walk until Playa de Muro, enjoying marvelous sunsets. Alcúdia old town surprises with cobbled streets, a medieval town wall and the nice market, which takes place every Tuesday and Sunday.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55?/night and guest during the low season and 2.2?/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
